Coddingtown offers free, open-air and accessible parking for customers and businesses. With ten different access points surrounding the Center, you will not have a problem finding your way in or out. In addition to free parking, Coddingtown offers the additional amenities:

Electric Vehicle Charging

Over 20 Tesla Supercharging Stations are located in the north parking lot in between the Santa Rosa Public Library and Valero gas station. Additional Electric Vehicle Charging stations located in the Whole Foods north parking lot and directly in front of BJ’s Restaurant & Brewery.

Children’s Play Area

Located inside Coddingtown next to Baskin Robbins, Whole Foods, and JCPenney.

Public/Family Restrooms

Both public and family restrooms located inside Coddingtown next to BMO Bank Center adjacent to Nordstrom Rack and Macy’s. Coming Soon: All Gender public restrooms near Old Navy.
